Responsibilities:
- Delivering a warm welcome to everyone who visits and building relationships
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the office is well presented down to the smallest detail
- Implementing outstanding reception procedures – call handling, service desk requests, key handling, post and deliveries, bookings of amenity space, problem handling, emergency notifications
- Deliver outstanding front of house, ensuring satisfaction in the handling of their guests, employees and client events
- Be an ambassador for amenities and services as the building champion
- Managing content on digital screens, liaising with the provider to host content, creating content, ensuring graphics and content are to a high standard
- Demonstrate knowledge of working in buildings that have had fit outs or refurbishment projects focusing on your pro-activity to resolve issues, deal with complaints and contractor management
- You will be assisting the FM in administrative duties such as preparing audit inspection forms and reports
Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a pressurised environment with excellent prioritisation, organisational and planning skills
- Experience of working in a similar role
- IOSH Desirable
