Email Marketing Specialist

• Drive impactful email marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define segmentation, cadence, testing, and tactics.
• Ensure best practices and compliance to maximise customer engagement and action.
• Manage campaign timelines, calendars, approvals, and internal reviews.
• Leverage marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo) and integrations for seamless execution and lead flow.
• Onboard and train stakeholders, maintain documentation, and guide them through the email campaign process.
• Integrate email with other marketing channels (social, content, paid).
• Analyse campaign performance, present insights, and implement A/B testing for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for email and nurture innovation and optimisation.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in email marketing and customer lifecycle management. Strong project management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Excellent collaboration abilities in a complex, international environment.
• Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience with Marketo (preferred), AEP/AJO (a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and independent.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on segmentation, campaign management, and email strategy.
