Hello, I'm Yinka! I recently joined LMA as a Delivery Consultant on the Banking team. My goal is to become a specialist in my sector, building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining established relationships with our clients.

As an individual who began my career in 360 recruitment, I came to the realisation that I was more successful in placing candidates in their dream roles and managing accounts! I decided to play to my strengths, focusing on the best aspect of recruitment. With my bubbly and friendly personality and with a heart for helping people, I look forward to contributing to the success of the banking team and having fun whilst doing it!

Outside the office, I enjoy travelling with friends and family & you'll be sure to find me in Zara, shopping for the latest looks!
