Meet the Team

Clare is a passionate and enthusiastic consultant who made the move from being a marketer herself to helping marketers find their perfect roles.

Her recruitment skill set is complementary to her coaching and counselling background which allows her to understand the nuances of people, jobs and companies to ensure great connections and ultimately happy clients and candidates!

Clients like to work with Clare as she likes to get under the skin of the business and is therefore able to talk to candidates as if she is part of the clients’ in-house talent team. She has also successfully worked with businesses on talent planning and pipelining, team structure solutions, writing job specifications, conducting EVP reviews and performing first-stage interviews on behalf of clients. 

Candidates can expect a consultative approach, career coaching, CV advice, and other tailored solutions to help with interview success and longer-term career planning.

Clare has recruited across multiple sectors including FMCG, retail, hospitality, sports marketing, charity and professional services across various marketing and brand roles and levels. 

Prior to her career here, Clare enjoyed roles in Sports Marketing including managing the sponsorship and hospitality programme for Cadbury at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics games. In her free time, she enjoys sports especially playing tennis and swimming, as well as running around looking after her twin boys!
